    ⚙️ How to Install & Play Microline ⚔️

    Follow these simple steps to start your Samurai Crow adventure on Microline!

    Step 1: Install the Original Game Client

    First, you need a clean installation of the official Lineage 2 game client.

    • Action: Install the original L2J Essence version of Lineage 2.
    • Note: Make sure the game is fully updated and functional before proceeding to the next step.

    Step 2: Replace the System Folder

    This is the most crucial step. You will replace the official System folder with the custom folder provided by Microline.

    • Action: Download the Microline System Folder from our website/Discord.
    • Action: Navigate to your main Lineage 2 installation directory (e.g., C:\Program Files\Lineage 2).
    • Action: Delete the existing System folder in your installation directory.
    • Action: Paste the Microline System folder you downloaded into the main installation directory.

    Step 3: Launch the Game

    You can now start the game using our custom launcher.

    • Action: Open the new System folder you just pasted.
    • Action: Execute the main launcher file: l2.exe (or Microline.exe, depending on your file name). The game should now connect to our server.

    🆘 Troubleshooting: Installation Libraries

    If you encounter errors when trying to run the game (e.g., missing DLL files), you likely need to install the necessary Microsoft C++ runtime libraries.

    • Problem: If the l2.exe file does not launch or throws an error (like “missing MSVCP140.dll”), you are missing essential system libraries.
    • Solution: Download and install the latest Visual C++ Redistributables package from Microsoft.
